it's mashing now...a russian imperial stout, made with graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate


Both ciders are bottled.  Granny Smith 1 and Granny Smith 2.

Both are made using fresh Granny Smith cider from Solebury Orchards. One has liquid cider yeast, the other made with dry champagne yeast.
