It's been a long time since there was an election day without it being an inservice day. So with the new found time off, it seemed a perfect chance to bottle the IPA that has been sitting in the fermenter far too long. So, the planned DIPA that really came in under gravity and is more like an IPA will be ready in time for Thanksgiving.

Double is now single ipa
Not sure why efficiency was so low, but og was 1.050 for the dipa, but initial wort tastes good so is off to the fermenter with a single yeast pitch and new classification as ipa instead of dipa

Fall brewing
Sorry, it's been a while. The red sour that has been fermenting all summer has finally been bottled and the fall season is kicking off with a double ipa.
