Another brew day

It's Christmas break,  so that means extra time which becomes a brew day for buried castle,  so it's time for another release of cinnamon oatmeal stout

Oubliette round 2

2nd release is bottled.   Initial impression;  deep flavor with a side of toasted coffee.  No additions this time. I think sitting on some cacao nouns would be a great next time for this.   2 weeks to go

Brewing again

It wasn't supposed to be a year hiatus, somehow everytime we were about to brew something else came up,  but we're back and plan to make up for it with 3 rereleases.  First up,  a new version of two pence porter.  It's uv the fermenter now.  We're still debating the graham and fluff. But cocoa is definitely going in
