Will and Jeff went shopping today. We have all of the ingredients for Khoyshekh (aka Dunkleweizen) and Strawberry Blonde (AKA, we don't have a name for it yet). Brewing to start in Feb. These are the first 2 for Mike's wedding.... followed by... an IPA and Kipuka?
